Terms & Conditions

1. Once we receive this form it establishes a formal contract between Leisure-net and yourself under the following terms and conditions.
2. Supplier participation at this event is inclusive of one schedule of meetings per company with buyers, full page profile in the event directory; programmed activities; one night’s accommodation (26/03/25); and meals unless otherwise stated. Accommodation (B&B) is also available on the 25/03/25 at a rate of £100 if required by indicating in the tick box above.
3. When selecting 1 to 1 meetings we will ask you to rank them in order of preference. When meetings are scheduled Buyer selections will be given priority.
4. Travel insurance must be organised by the delegate and is not covered by Leisure-net.
5. Should Leisure-net cancel this event any payment made in respect of registration will be refunded in full. Leisure-net shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damages incurred due to such cancellation.
6. We must receive payment of 50% of your overall charge within 30 days of us receiving your booking form and full payment by 31/01/2025. Please note you are not permitted to attend active-net unless you have paid in full.
7. Please note in the event of you cancelling any places for this event, there will be a charge made. This will be 100% of the booking cost if you cancel your participation after the 31/01/25.
