The Event

Everything you need to know about active-net 2021 Scotland & Northern Ireland

What is active-net Scotland & Northern Ireland?

active-net is a two day networking event for the Fitness and Leisure Industry. Bringing together Buyers and Suppliers for focused one to one meetings like no other!

Over the two day event, delegates can expect educational seminars, at least 14 one to one meetings with relevant companies/decision makers from Local Authorities, Universities and Leisure Operators, scheduled networking slots, complimentary exercise classes, a three course gala dinner and an excellent evening speaker. In the past we have been lucky enough to have talks from ex Olympians, International Cricketers, Professional Rugby Players and Basketballers.

Why do we run this event?

We understand that travelling to England to engage with sector events is not always convenient, so we are bringing our event to the North of the UK. We hope this will allow more people to experience active-net, particularly from Scotland and Northern Ireland.

We run these events to enable buyers to speak directly to the suppliers that they need to improve and progress their centres. It also allows suppliers to directly bid to the decision makers within the organisation they would like to work with.

We also understand the value of education which is why we have made our industry seminars an integral part of our 2 day event.

Where will it be held?

active-net Scotland and NI will be hosted at the Crieff Hydro, Perthshire.

The Crieff Hydro is Scotland’s leading Spa Hotel Resort. They host over 1000 events each year with 40,000 delegates and event attendees welcomed through their doors. You will benefit from free Wi-Fi throughout the venue and full use of their facilities. Crieff Hydro has 200 well-appointed guest rooms, fresh dining options and a leisure club where you can unwind after a day of meetings at active-net.

When is the next event?

active-net Scotland and NI is our debut event in Scotland. The next event will be held on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th September 2021.
